      Pros

      I love the culture of transparency, passion for excellence, and growth. I've been with the company for less than a year and yet I've discovered that the people at Rolls-Royce are great working with.

      Cons

      I'm still new to the company and as far as I know, there's nothing I've discovered the cons yet. So I guess everything is ok!

      Disappointing and depressing environment to work in.

      Pros

      Location is in a very upscale, young and modern city in Virginia

      Cons

      Very cliquey and snobby...different departments work in the same facility, sometimes right next to you however no one talks or acknowledges others in other departments. No effort to work as a team. Too many managers and not enough employees. Need to go through a chain in order to order a pencil. Managers do not have a clue.

      Pros

      Great opportunities and great career flexibility for great engineers. Good pay, though not so well differentiated for those top performers looking for financial recognition. Exciting to see your work flying...though patience is required due to long product lifecycles.

      Cons

      Satellite facilities seem to suffer from myopic corporate focus on activity near HQ. Need i say more? Skills-portability may be limited depending on specific line of engineering activity. Big company frustrations.
