Pros

Great benefits, good pay, great product and exciting industry. Lots of opportunity to learn.

Cons

Unfortunately, government contracts make it difficult to live up to company expectations at the same time. Goals are unrealistic.

Pros

The people make Rolls-Royce, salaries for the East Midlands are good.

Cons

The current pressure on cost cutting by lowest common denominator (redundancies) puts too great a strain on the workforce

Pros

Complex Products, Interesting and varied work, good pay and benefits, short working hours, flexi-time, new office space.

Cons

Limited design oppurtunities, production focused, reluctant to change workforce, management vs engineering sectors was problem at times, manufacturing under resourced leading to design braches working to compensate.
