We’re glad you’ve got a good group of people around you and that the benefits are working well for you - and we’ll take the excitement that comes with the name too. We know ways of working can sometimes feel slower in a large organisation, and there’s always more we can do to improve. We really care about creating a space where everyone can be themselves and feel supported, and your feedback helps us understand how that experience is landing day to day.

Thanks for your 5 years with us. Interesting work, opportunities to grow and a good balance all play an important part in how work feels day to day, so it’s positive to see those come through. We know some processes and systems may feel slow or complex at times, and there’s always more we can do to improve. Our focus is on keeping things simple and continuing to find better ways of working across the business.
