      mentorship is very good and workload is very light

      company overall is not very supportive of grads. not much opportunity to roll off the program

      Pros

      Graduate program allows for great, tough experiences on projects that you may not easily be able to get involved with through a direct hire role out of college. It allows you to experience multiple areas within the company to grow your breadth and network quickly.

      Cons

      There is not a great incentive structure for high-achievers throughout the early stages of your career.
