Pros
Hybrid workplace, 3 weeks PTO + floating holidays.
Cons
Far far too much red tape - simple tasks like invoicing become month long processes due to SAP inadequacies. Poor training - basically learn everything you need to efficiently do your role on your own, good for autonomous workers however. Company is so large and bloated that often takes longer to find someone who knows how to solve a problem than it does solve the problem itself.
