Business Outlook
Pros
In Canada they now have a defined contribution pension plan. They also have an matching employee savings plan. The products are top notch but they are focusing on past technology.
Cons
Growth opportunities are limited. Company is ruled by accounting and management is poor at making the hard decisions. Company says employees are their key strength but they sure don't act that way. If this is your first job after school, get the job experience and move on after about 3-4 years. Don't expect to be around for the long run.
