      Cons

      Middle Management Level are protected and suppressing executive promotion for their own benefits. Claiming credits for the job done by their staff. However, not all department are like that.

      I joined here bcos, Rockwell is consider as best place for engineers who wants to pursue their career in Industrial Automation.

      Cons

      But Worst at Bangalore Development Center, "part which is under APBC". As this not driven from US. Management is not open minded. No respect for talent. Hierarchy culture i.e BOSS is always right. Managers at bangalore who are handling teams they dont have any road map for their teams. Simply hired for passing infomation from onsite managers to local resources. Lot of issues are there people are leaving company in short time and managment is ignoring this fact by simply telling i.e "people are getting more salaries , so they are leaving".
