Pros

Probably the name on your CV

Cons

They dont care about employee at all. Ive been working in 6 different companies in the last 13 years and nothing like this happened to me before. I was hired during this summer and i had 3 more offers from other companies with better salaries. I was convinced by my future director and the responsible of Barcelona center to go and choose Rockwell, also the hiring agency told me that, The only thing i asked them was to please tell me if the project was safe and they will not fire someone in the first 6 months. They convinced me, telling me that no one will be fired during training period. So i declined 3 more offer to go to Rockwell, and what? After 3 months they fired me and some other people in 1 day, telling me it was a results problems, such a huge lie. Simply it is cheaper to fire someone during training period then others. Please do not go there! its a scum and its all instable, using the justifcation that the company is always changing. Management really of low quality, salary really low, target almost impossible to achieve and no consideration of the employee at all. Zero respect, not only with me, but with many other, as you can see from the reviews!

Pros

Benefits and vacation are decent

Cons

- Disorganized. Management has no idea what you do, or don't do. - Internal surveys reveal very low employee morale. The best new employees leave within months. - There is little to no incentive to do more work than the person beside you. - Promotions are based on personal relationships, not talent. - Your job can be gone in an instant if the stock market turns - having tenure or good reviews makes no difference.
