      Aging mindset and culture contribute to a less than stellar experience

      Pros

      Encouraged to network and cross collaborate, generally friendly, nice people, many hanging around because of pension, so lots of tribal knowledge still around.

      Cons

      Company is trying to be a tech company without compensating at that level. It has always leaned on its culture to retain talent, but recent decisions by senior leadership have rendered that culture nearly nonexistent.

      colleagues are good, I am fortunate to have a good boss.

      Cons

      1. HR is unprofessional and lacks information, taking three weeks to respond or not responding to emails. 2. Low pay compared to other companies. 3, our bonus for this year was cancelled despite our hard work. 4, increase is just too tiny.
