      Good Company - but a bit colorless

      Salary was good for that time, Opportunities to get certificates in 6 sigma and other, Structured approach, Very ethical company with no drama among employees.

      Cons

      Boring gray working environment. I had no problem with it, but if you after the team buildings, parties and fun things, it is not a place for you.

      Great people doing the work, even though there are now less of them to do it.

      Cons

      Stretched way too thin financially and workforce. Senior executives spend all the $$ that does not get an ROI and the workers pay the price.
