Pros
10 yrs in various roles at Rockwell. My relationship with my team and managers was always good. You hear stories of course that are less good, but overall the company is committed to employee retention and satisfaction. (Unless you're remote, then not so much.) My personal experience working in the business was almost universally positive. If you can live with HR micromanaging your day-to-day work location, you could be very happy at RA.
Cons
Definite bias against remote workers. Micromanagement by HR of days in office regardless of reality like sick kids, partners post-surgery, etc. Avoid working in IT if at all possible. Honesty is NOT rewarded by leadership.
