      Pros

      It's awesome and has lots of growth potential with in the field and is very competitive and successful in the industry.

      Cons

      May be too big for it's own good and sometimes it takes a while for the system to work, like with IT help for example, it might take a awile to find the right person to get the problem fixed.

      Pros

      I find salaries are competitive, good benefits that include pension and matching RRSP's. Management is fair with all employees in my experience. I have had the opportunity to have multiple careers at Rockwell Automation.

      Cons

      American ownership, Canadian employees are now understanding what it is like to work for a US employer. Company now looking at long term financial impact, instead of retaining experience and dedication. Reorganizations happen frequently, exspecially in sales. Bottom line is more important now than ever. Downsizing is occuring and it is mostly twenty to thirty year veterins. This reduces the long term pension costs in Canada.

      Pros

      Career Opportunities, Work/Life Balance, You are allowed to work from home if you have the right work situation. And you can network with thousands of others to put yourself in a position you want to be in.

      Cons

      Recognition & Feedback could be better. For example only a small quota of 'highest achievement' job reviews can be given each year, yet no one knows exactly what must be done to attain this review. Only that you have to really fight to give this to an employee as a manager. Frustrating from an employee's perspective as well as a manager's.
