      Pros

      Career Opportunities, Work/Life Balance, You are allowed to work from home if you have the right work situation. And you can network with thousands of others to put yourself in a position you want to be in.

      Cons

      Recognition & Feedback could be better. For example only a small quota of 'highest achievement' job reviews can be given each year, yet no one knows exactly what must be done to attain this review. Only that you have to really fight to give this to an employee as a manager. Frustrating from an employee's perspective as well as a manager's.

      Pros

      Would have said stability until the recent restructuring and downsizing. Now they have become as any other US based multinational, just with a great benefits program.

      Cons

      Management focus is on shipping $ in the current month and quarter. They do things to meet numbers that make little sense.

      Rockwell Automation ismoving on the right track to become a more competitive supplier of industrial automation technologies.

      Cons

      It is filled with people with long standing relationships. Hard to make changes unless you are a part of the network and can convince the members that you are knowledgable in the areas you are trying to change. Change management is a challenge.
