change org, does not credit people of engineer/consultant who have strive more hard to be recognised. Pay and package will be highly affected

Very good leadership from upper management through the recession. It is a very forward looking company with a strong global presence.

Cons

All merit increases and bonuses have been frozen for too long, now. There is very little guidance offered for develpment and advancement.

Too much time spent on internal issues (Conference Calls) and not enough in front of customers. Reliance on distribution sales force is dangerous. No bonus paid on individual sales performance.
