Senior operations leadership (Sr VP, VP, Directors) is mostly GE or Delphi. Hard to get promoted when they constantly hire outside people from these 2 "Great Performing" organizations. Little to zero product or customer knowledge within the operations leadership, and this is reflected in the poor decision / performance of the manufacturing plants Most production has moved off shore to low cost manufacturing New Product Introduction has almost ground to a hallt because operations can't play nice with the engineering and business side of Rockwell Little to no incentive to excel Benefits getting cut almost every year
