      Pros

      Relaxed environment and fairly good communication for an organization this size. Salaries are middle of the road, but they do have a bonus program.

      Cons

      Like most big organizations, this company looks to consolidate operations and close smaller satellite offices in which they perceive could be easily consumed in larger operations.
