1. APBC engineering director & most engineering manages know little about engineering but act they know , always give stupid directions. When things happen, they disappear.
2. APBC vp is from army background, act like a army man & his major focus is on how to show off, for example doing charity, safety awards.
3. APBC lean sigma manager likes to focus on facility management instead of how to improve productivity.
4. No or little ethics in APBC organization.
5. NO process at all.
6. Look good from outside but thumb down if see from inside.
