Great health benefits. Leading technology for the industry. Lots of FaceTime with customers with all levels of management.

Cons

Felt like so much activity with no actual impact. Process could be streamlined a bit along with proper training for employees and management.

Rockwell Automation is a great company to work for. The incentives are great. However its a very number driven company, if you are not accustomed to working a 24/7 schedule to handle work needs, it can be brutal on your personal and family life.

Cons

- The Management team for South East Asia clearly has no leadership to execute the vision. - A very political environment to work in. - The current Management team for South East Asia show favouritism though which make it very hard to advance. - The current HR team for Singapore is a joke. HR is unwilling to listen to real, true concerns about and problems with management. Instead you are told to "play and adapt to the game, if not leave". There is the typical corporate bureaucracy, except at Rockwell Automation, it is worse than other companies
