      Pros

      Compensation for early career associate in the Midwest is great in my opinion. Opportunity to experience 3 distinct areas of the company and learn what I want to pursue. The culture is great and welcomes innovation and self improvement

      Cons

      Main campus is pretty empty still on the software engineering side You need to be highly proactive because the onboarding is very light, might not be a con but I wish I had more structure when I'm joining new teams.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to rotate throughout the company to experience different teams and technologies. Great opportunity to attend leadership summits and receive coaching on developing leadership skills. The company is doing a lot to improve the company culture. Everyone starts out with 3 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      The culture is a little outdated, however, they are trying to improve the culture.
