      Purchased by Roche in 2014. Good people. Good benefits and vacation. Good annual bonus.

      Growing and new to Roche, they are still learning how to keep the small business feel and fit into the Global environment of Roche.

      Pros

      Nice building, facilities like gym or massage chair included. Able to take a break if needed. Generally possible to work from home.

      Cons

      Cold working environment, and I don't mean the air conditioning. Although the office is open-plan you seem quite anonymous. As a contractor you are not invited to many meetings which does not help with getting involved or integrated.
