      Pros

      I love the empowering culture, It supports how I work as an individual contributor that is expected to lead without authority. The accountability of my leaders is palpable. My role is location-agnostic and it provides better work-life balance. Great value is put on self-authoring your career development, Like even if you don't have an experience on a role, you can get gigs so you can develop your skills and move into that role if an opportunity presents itself.

      Cons

      A lot of transformations keep on happening, it's a little scary and makes one think how volatile an employee's future can be.
