      A stable company with confident pipelines. Colleagues are helpful and approachable. Positive culture

      Cons

      The company only offers lateral career opportunities/GIG for exposure. Staff can stay long for the same position and ranking, with stagnant career advancement. There is no compensation or job upgrade.
