      Cons

      One of the most toxic and politically driven work environments I’ve experienced. Leadership talks heavily about culture, inclusion, and psychological safety, but in reality, favoritism, poor communication, and internal politics are common. Employees are expected to stay silent while unhealthy behavior gets ignored or rewarded. The environment can feel extremely draining mentally and emotionally. Collaboration often feels fake, trust between coworkers is low, and management support depends heavily on who you are rather than fairness or consistency. There is a strong disconnect between leadership messaging and the actual employee experience. The company may look great from the outside, but many people experience burnout, stress, and lack of support behind the scenes.
