Toxic!

Pros

Flexible PTO and Holiday Shutdowns

Cons

I am not sure how other sites are but the Carlsbad one is cliquey, full of fake people, and overall disgusting management. This place is toxic on so many levels. People who do nothing or the bare minimum get praised while people who actually do work get targeted by managers and directors. Managers and directors get away with being sexist, racist and saying very inappropriate things. They way they treat their employess is gross and mentally draining. You can't ask a question or say anything without it being used against you later on. Don't bother going to HR either they are useless and do anything to make it a you problem for speaking out even going as far to say that you should seek the Roche mental health benefits to deal with work issues. The pay also is not that great and lower than other places though managers will make it seem like they are the ones paying you out of their pocket and that it is a ton of money.
