      satisfaction of bringing a new product to market getting recognized for contributions to the company, It is a good community of scientists and support personnel

      Cons

      departments are disconnected from each other Each department is possessive of "their" space, and their work is more important. There is also a lack of communication between department directors down to the working scientists and technicians. directors will design an expansion space without consulting the techs who will be working there.

      Ethical company that brings meaningful drug products into the market. The employees are dedicated and loyal to the company as can be seen with the number of employees with over 25 years of service.

      Has recently gone through many changes after the Roche-Genetech integration creating an unstable environment.
