If you want to stay in Brazil, and are not willing to work abroad, you may not achieve a General Management or Finance Manager position, which are traditionally more intended for expatriate managers or Brazilians who have worked abroad and/or have established good connections to headquarters. But that is true for many other multinational companies as well.
