      Pros

      The company really listens to it's people. As an employee, I feel valued and it is amazing the level of tenure that we have in our company. We have many staff members that have been with the company for 15, 20, 25+ years. Resources are deep and Leadership is supportive. Our recent employee survey shows that we have a very engaged workforce.

      Cons

      We have high standards, as we should being the number #1 Professional Staffing Firm. Addditionally, we have additional challenges dealing with other firms trying to take down the #1

      Pros

      I've had a great experience in my more than 10 years with the company. My manager is one of the primary reasons I stay -- she knows how to enhance her team's strengths to allow professional growth. I am actively engaged and challenged, and I feel like I've made a real contribution to the success of my area of the business.

      Cons

      Robert Half is a great company, and it demands the best of people. There are specific requirements for success that might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      When you work for RHI, you are working for the best in the industry. You will learn sales and recruiting from the best and you will be rewarded for your performance. Compensation is excellent, growth potential is tremendous and a long time career is in the cards

      Cons

      There really arent any downsides to working at RHI. Dont go to RHI if you dont want to work hard. Its a work hard play hard environment
