Pros
I truly have never worked for such a greater organization in my career. I have worked at other "Top Companies to Work For" and can honestly say that RHI is the #1 job I have ever had. I am a top producer here in the Detroit, MI area and in my first year with the company I tripled my income from my previous employer. In my second year with the organization, I nearly doubled my salary from the year before.
Sales is not for everyone and it takes hard work. In sales, no one hands you a paycheck, it is up to you to produce results. You are your own CEO of your business model. It is up to you. I love that it is up to me to create my results. You can work for a salary at another company and "hope" to be rewarded/recognized for your results, or you can work for Robert Half, where you are rewarded handsomely for your success through sales commissions and notoriety.
In addition, my office and my team are truly the nicest and most wonderful people I have ever worked with/for. We are like family. We hang out after work, we call/text each other after work--we are a very close knit bunch and care about each other both personally and professionally.
Corporate/Executive Management also truly cares and is always asking us if we are interested in promotions they think we would be great for before going to the outside for potential candidates. They also offer referral bonuses to us for finding internal candidates for open positions and we have monthly to quarterly contests that offer $$ incentives as well. It's a very fun, high enery, fast paced place to work. If you are not a motivated individual, you would probably not want to work here, but if you can hold yourself accountable and are success driven, you would need not look any further than Robert Half.
Cons
Sales is not for everyone--so not everyone may like pounding the pavement to get business/results. Multi-tasking and fast paced work environment may not be everyone's strong suit or cup of tea.
