      Good Place To Work When The Economy Is Doing Well

      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to make money when the economy is doing well. The ability to earn commissions as a sales person there are excellent

      Cons

      Because the company is public and sequential growth from year to year and quarter to quarter is required for the shareholders the pressure that management places on the sales force when the economy goes down hill is crazy.

      Pros

      If you are new to recruiting, RHI is a good place to start to gain industry experience. The primary reason is this company trains/works their employers in a cult-like fashion.

      Cons

      The house definitely wins here in terms of compensation. Your co-workers will range from your average sales person to as low-class as they come. It is shocking to see that RHI has a pod of employees with more to offer than street smarts.

      Pros

      Great benefits (CTO, medical, dental, vision).

      Cons

      No work/life balance; no praise; no celebration on successes. Training is available but there is no time to take it - you are more or less "thrown to the wolves" when you start which is unfair for those who really want to succeed. Production levels are higher than those in the same industry and do not adjust when the economy is down.
