      Pros

      For contract work the staff at Robert half were professional and courteous. The payment for work was prompt and the recruiter did a good job of keeping me informed of full and contract work that they had. The company would provide some vacation pay if you have worked so many hours within a specified timeframe.

      Cons

      The work is temporary so the at the end of the contract, you turn into a pumpkin if you do not have any other contract or full time work lined up.

      learn many new skills of the business world fun environment great way to network and meet other employment opportunities as well

      Cons

      low pay lots of turnover some goals are not attainable long hours not much holiday paid time off too many recruiters in one divison

      Pros

      It was nice that you were running your own business essentially. They have nice offices and the benefits are decent.

      Cons

      There is extreme micromanagement and people will lie or do anything to make a sale. It is a terrible work environment. Senior management can not be trusted and they will fire people without reason or cause.
