      Great place to cut your teeth but beware when management thinks it's time to cut you.

      Pros

      Decent compensation structure, better than some smaller recruitment firms. Ability to walk into a book of business left behind by many AE's that have cultivated business before you. Best, albeit, most hard core sales training in the industry.

      Cons

      You are only as good as last week's numbers. If your numbers are low, you're a target and you feel it. When you make a great placement or have a high return week you get very little kudos followed by a whipping to get more business (under appreciated and over worked). Almost no work/life balance. The climate there makes turns good people into vultures. Ever seen the movie, Boiler Room?

      responds quickly to every thing. Will get rewarded if you are a hard worker. good compensation if you are competitive.

      Cons

      Last company to go with if you are not into looking for longterm job or big company's. Not professional like.
