Pros

RH Management Resources (MR) is a unique business model, and when the economy is humming you can make tons of $$$$$.

Cons

MR's business model is transactional, yet management consulting is more about relationships. I think this is a major flaw, and makes it difficult to "sell quality" and have long lasting business from existing clients.

Pros

Robert Half is an industry leader and has many tools and connections/affiliations that help the brand strength. Employees really can grow up the leadership ladder pretty quickly. I was lucky and experienced the promotions I sought in the time I was there.

Cons

There are many deserving employees who get passed over for leadership roles because they aren't as flashy as others. I wasn't one of those passed over, but I certainly noticed those who were. They are the work horses and it can be frustrating at times to see those who have questionable integrity and business smarts climbing the ladder ahead of others. In the end, I got tired of the party atmosphere, the micromanaging and the tendency for some managers to throw hard working employees under the bus to make themselves look good.
