      Pros

      Very lucrative if sales performance is at a high level. This office was a very tight group that worked great as a team. There is never a dull moment.

      Cons

      High Stress, long ramp-up period, atmosphere is set up similar to a call center, long hours to fill the demands of all your clients

      Pros

      RHI has large internal IT team offering opportunities of workign in a variety of fields.

      Cons

      RHI is a conservative company that is tight with its money. Sometimes simple decisions cannot be made quickly. Many projects are "hurry up" not allowing sufficient time and planning to successfully implement correctly the first time.

      Great Sales Learning Experience, rough place to work

      - brand name - successful in market - structure - database of candidates - training was great - learn everything about sales - internal growth opportunities

      Cons

      - micromanagement was insane - all day everyday - lies from management - never a moment of feeling work security, even if producing - always negative atmosphere - terrible commission structure for certain lines of business - all about hitting phone call and meeting numbers and not client/candidate relations - 10 different people would call same contact in each company - promotions came to those who managers liked and knew they could push around.
