      Pros

      Employees band together as a tight knit team due to poor management. Employees become lifelong friends. Location in downtown areas bonus. Training out of city is great when you start.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, uneducated and corrupt management, low salary justified with empty promises, employee salaries vary based on negotiation in interview.

      Cons

      Inconsistent reviews, weak training modules, salary paralization, company favors sales team. The career path for administrative staff is not managed.

      Decent pay but work culture is horrible.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional, leadership, with questionable ethics, who were more focused on their own paycheck than managing or team morale. At times their total lack of respect for their positions and other employees created a hostile work environment. Management openly yelled and insulted other associates and talked badly about them on the work floor. Culture lacks morale. Extremely destructive and unhealthy work place.
