Pros
The only pro is that you get to talk with people outside of the RHI staff when you interview outsiders and go on company visits.
Cons
Absolutely the worst work environment I have ever experienced. No one cares about the employee or the people they are staffing. Extremely unprofessional staff. If you are looking to be a better person from where you work then do not work here. The people here are slimy and skeemy. They only care about the $$. They try to low ball candidates as much as possible so that their commission is higher. I wouldnt wish the experience of working internally there on my worst enemy.
