      Pros

      You can make money (after 1.5 years). It used to be a great place to work. Management could use change locally.

      Cons

      SAR’s are a scare tactic used to weed folks out, and scare you. The point is to engage your fight or flight to make you productive, or to make you leave. You need to drink the koolaid / not push for change.
