WiPro leadership, lack of understanding Rizing business operations. Leaders who have been at WiPro 20+ years and have no other perspective. Inefficient processes and low cost resources. Significantly impacting support to clients. Leadership by fear where it’s rare to find a WiPro employee who doesn’t lie and manipulate to protect themself. Worst work environment.

The Rizing team are great people to work with.

Cons

Teething issues with recent acquisition and finding the feet of what used to be a very agile business which is now needing to work through how to continue to function with the same culture in a much larger machine.
