      Company culture is friendly and hardworking. Remote work is extremely convenient.

      Cons

      Benefits are bad. Pay is a bit lower than industry standard.

      Some strong consultants with good skill sets that support the Project Manager.

      Cons

      Management is not mature. I believed they do care about employees but just didn’t know how to show it. Long hours, changing priorities, lots of knee jerk decision making.

      Culture is unique at Rizing; people care about each other and support one another and there are many opportunities to succeed and develop your career.

      Cons

      The hours can be long in Consulting but if you love your job and enjoy the people you work with it makes it worthwhile
