30% of clothes and free uniform. Nice team and mangers were okay if they liked you.

Cons

Well you never get paid on time or the right amount. If you apply for a sales adviser position doesn't mean your in the store. You could be stuck in the wearhouse 9 hours a day like me. To many people work there so there is a lot of stealing going around and there were hardly any lockers so you had to hope you stuff wouldn't be stolen. And you get treated like a number not a person.

Pros

30% discount on F.P items, uniform allowance, many over time opportunities, ok working environment if the nice managers are in store and if you get along with your colleagues.

Cons

Booking time off is a pain, even calling in sick is a pain. Way too many managers that never seem to be on the shop floor to help you during busy periods. Employee turn over is high due to inconsistent pay (they tend to under pay you if you work overtime shifts) .
