      Pros

      Great people at store level and above. Always a chance to learn new skills. Fast paced environment. Excellent benefits ie Staff discount.

      Cons

      Review staff wages in line with location, higher pay in larger, more expensive cities outside of London.

      Always busy, work with a great team and company set up a survey to help improve work place for team and we seeing changes already

      Cons

      Company planning although stressed to us that we need to be organised it is hard when things don't happen when supposed too

      Pros

      Working for river island means you never have the same day twice, it's great to work in a fast paced environment in an industry that I love, the discount is excellent as is the holiday entitlement! I feel the company as a whole is definitely improving when it comes to employee satisfaction and I love working with my team who have became more like family!

      Cons

      No salary reviews or annual wage increases! The chance to climb the ladder or progress within the company can also be a challenge. The hours can be long and expectations can be high but this can also be very rewarding when you get the results at the end
