Some management staff took the uniform too seriously, in my opinion, where every single thing you wear should be from the store.

Our uniform allowance is in place for Islanders to shop the current lines in order to show our customers different ways they can be worn, how they fit different body types and what to wear them and so we would always encourage our teams to be representing the brand while at work.
