Pros

The Ritz Carlton is a great place to work. The people are nice and easy to get a long with. The pay is ok but you get great benifits such as medical, 401k and vacation pay. not to mention discouts for all marriott hotels.

Cons

for an engineer you need to have your own tool,if it break you have to pay. If you want to move up then you need to make friends with the right people.

Great philosophy and Company ethics. Good organization of work process. Respect from management. Lateral service which provides opportunity to gain exposure in all areas of operation.

Cons

A lot of unfair treatment in this particular hotel. Different salaries given to people with same positions based on nationality, no respect for personal life, very poor or rather none work life balance. Very political management
