There is an employee Dining room, the atmosphere is incredibly positive, higher ups always acknowledge you with a smile. Really amazing place to work. Benefits are pretty crazy, 5% 401k match plus great benefits for company stocks.

Cons

Now many cons except they can be a bit weird about promotions.
