Pros

You think it’s going to be a prestigious position and you will get benefits and a paycheck. There was an entire period when no one in the entire company got a paycheck.

Cons

Payroll and benefits are terrible. You don’t get benefits for 90 days and for a BILLION dollar company they don’t even have a legitimate 401(k). They promise a match but you don’t see it for a year and may or may not receive it based on the company's performance. The pay is incredibly low. Turnover is unbelievable.

- Generous Marriott Hotel discounts - Nice office located in Coconut Grove, FL - Really there is no other pros, until they get their ship on the water look else ware. They will try to paint you an imaginary picture. Try to get in contact with former employees so you receive an honest review before you make any decisions

Cons

- Management - Not paying out commission - Very unorganized - Lack of direction - Unprofessional - Forced to lie to guests - Ship Delays - Seems like no one knows what their doing - Hight turnover
