Pros

Good service values, competitive pay.

Cons

I cannot speak for other locations, but in my experience at one location service values not upheld. Management out-of-touch with the bottom line, and often unorganized and unreliable. Unpredictable scheduling and poor work/life balance.

Pros

Lots of exposure to sports teams if you know how to connect with people and market yourself. High profile clients

Cons

Management is very poor, toxic environment that management almost encourages, no team work and very single minded by most staff. Operation is run poorly so fingers get pointed and no solutions are made, cleanliness of areas
