Pros

Nice team peers, nice work environment

Cons

Absolutely appalling management — condescending, patronizing, and downright rude. The focus is on self-interest over any genuine commitment to the team or the work environment. While this might not be the case across all locations, Melbourne RC stands out for its toxic culture. Senior management holds an excessive amount of influence, and their behavior significantly undermines the overall work environment. There are a few exceptions, but don’t be fooled into thinking the brand’s reputation will make up for it's dysfunction. Working here won’t benefit you in the long run. Mangers like Laurent Johnson / Sarah Sheppard are ones to avoid, they care about their own success against the team or company goals.
