one meal provided during a shift very, very friendly staff/coworkers beautiful property standard benefits growth opportunities decent pay relative to minimum on island

Cons

very intense pressure to conform to company standards (no room for self-expression) the customer is essentially always right employees are used as fodder to feed the capitalism machine unfair labor distribution for particular position not good if you're an anxious perfectionist
