Great Pay, Benefits, and management is overall organized and caring.

Cons

A lot of politics. Play the game right and they may advance you, but 9/10 depending on the individual in management they prefer to advance people they like more than people who show results, loyalty, or a good attitude.

The whole concept created is to ensure guest needs and requests are met and taken action by every individual working. Great place to start and grow as it is offered by Marriott chain. Amazing benefits for loyal staff members

Cons

Except for the natural stress and physical tiredness there are none.
