you aren't micro managed if you work at the pool great tips fun generous regulars at the pool (which was a nice surprise) decent base pay

Cons

-its the same as any other hotel job, you have to deal with jerks -management is constantly rotating -employees quit )ithout notice a lot -you feel stuck on an island outside -drunk karens WITH DOGS (run away!)
