Pros

Frequent Flyer points is only benefit as pay is poor compared to other mining companies.

Cons

A negative culture against anyone not in the purple circle. Pay is low. Constant jobs cuts adds to culture of fear.

Cash rich but doesn’t provide enough stability and longevity . This organisation is not a company that you can work for in long term.

Cons

Very unstable. Can fire or layoff entire teams. No long term strategy to support teams. Roles keep changing and no clarity is provided.
